Every Pacific Coast route below is operated as a fixed-departure scenic journey with a documented mileage log, confirmed overnight stops, and pre-purchased entry tickets. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, in US dollars, and include all vehicle costs. Departures run year-round; shoulder months (March–May, September–November) carry the lowest hotel rates and the lightest traffic on Highway 1 and US-101.

Section 4 is the longest and is normally split across 6 to 9 days. It runs from Fort Bragg through Sonoma and Marin counties, across the Golden Gate Bridge, and continues south on Highway 1 through Santa Cruz, Monterey, Big Sur, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles before reaching San Diego.
