This includes device type, operating system, browser type and version, language preference, referring and exit URLs, timestamps, session duration, feature usage, crash diagnostics, and unique device or account identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to create and administer accounts; to process transactions and send related confirmations, invoices, and receipts; to authenticate users and enforce access controls; to personalize content, recommendations, and user experiences; to respond to inquiries, comments, and support requests; to send administrative, technical, security, and account-related notices; and to communicate with you about products, services, promotions, and events where permitted by law or with your consent.

7. International Data Transfers

Pharmacolit is based in the United States, and the Services are hosted and operated on infrastructure located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your Personal Information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction and may provide a different level of protection.

Where we transfer Personal Information from another jurisdiction, we will implement appropriate safeguards to the extent required by applicable law, which may include contractual protections, data processing agreements, and limiting transfers to the extent necessary to provide the Services or fulfill your request. The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, children under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under sixteen (16) without affirmative authorization as required by the CCPA/CPRA.
